Are you passionate about the church having a voice in public life?

Now more than ever, Christians need to speak into a vast range of issues in government, politics and the media. For 180 years, we have been bringing Christians together and helping them to listen to, and be heard by, the government, media and society.

We are seeking an advocacy and policy co-ordinator to implement our advocacy strategy in Wales by engaging with the activities of the Senedd, Welsh Government and related political structures. The post-holder will represent the voice of evangelicals to elected representatives in the Senedd, policymakers and the media. You will engage with individual, church and organisational members of the Evangelical Alliance in order to analyse and inform public policy consultations at the Senedd and contribute to the wider work of the Evangelical Alliance team in Wales.

Nawr, mwy nag erioed, mae gofyn i Gristnogion ddatgan eu barn ar amrediad eang o faterion mewn llywodraeth, gwleidyddiaeth a’r cyfryngau. Y Cynghrair Efengylaidd ydy’r mudiad mwyaf a’r hynaf sy’n cynrychioli’r ddwy filiwn o Gristnogion efengylaidd sydd yng ngwledydd y DU. Am dros 180 o flynyddoedd, rydyn ni wedi dod â Christnogion ynghyd a’u helpu i wrando ar, a chael eu clywed gan, lywodraeth, y cyfryngau a chymdeithas.

Rydyn ni’n chwilio am gydlynydd eiriolaeth a pholisi i weithredu ein strategaeth eiriolaeth yng Nghymru trwy fonitro gweithgareddau’r Senedd, Llywodraeth Cymru a’r strwythyrau gwleidyddol cysylltiedig. Bydd deiliad y swydd yn cynrychioli llais y garfan efengylaidd i gynrychiolwyr etholedig yn y Senedd, llunwyr polisïau a’r cyfryngau. Fe fyddwch yn ymgysylltu ag unigolion, eglwysi a mudiadau sy’n aelodau o’r Cynghrair Efengylaidd er mwyn dadansoddi a hysbysu ymgynghoriadau polisi cyhoeddus yn y Senedd a chyfrannu at waith ehangach tîm Y Cynghrair Efengylaidd yng Nghymru.
