Associate Minister

West Leigh Baptist Church is a vibrant and welcoming church of over 180 members, based in the community of Leigh-on-Sea, within the city of Southend. Our congregation includes people of all ages and is becoming increasingly ethnically diverse. Our mission is to connect with God, one another, and the world. We are committed to deepening our ties within the local community, and already have several active ministries, including a well-established Parish Nursing service, a growing youth and children’s ministry, and chaplaincy work in various settings.

We are looking for an Associate Minister to join our team and work alongside our Senior Minister in sharing leadership responsibilities. We believe this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to God’s work here at WLBC, using your own gifts while helping to develop and expand our ministries. Whether your strengths complement our current areas or inspire something entirely new, we are open and expectant for what God might bring through you.
