Associate Pastor (Youth & Young Adults)

SBC is stepping into a new season, and we’re looking for an Associate Pastor (Youth & Young Adults) who’s ready to be part of what God is stirring across the UK. We believe the Spirit is moving quietly but powerfully — and we want to see young people and young adults rise up as bold, authentic disciples of Jesus who live out their faith in every sphere of life.

We’re seeking someone who:

Carries a Spirit-filled, vibrant, personal faith in Jesus.

Has a humble, teachable heart that keeps Christ at the centre.

Is a gifted Bible teacher and communicator, able to connect deeply and pastorally.

Is relational, approachable, and creative in reaching a generation longing for more.

Brings cultural intelligence, fresh ideas, and forward-thinking energy.

Loves working in team, thrives when organised and proactive, and is committed to SBC’s vision.

The church uses the standard Baptist Terms of Appointment; but there are several enhanced benefits. A large, well maintained property, close to the church building is provided. In recognition of the responsibility of serving in a larger Baptist church, the ministerial remuneration is above the Baptist Union standard stipend.
