Pastor, Milford-on Sea Baptist Church

We are: an over 200-year-old, evangelical Baptist Church, in a beautiful south coast village near the New Forest. Our Mission Statement is: “United in our love of Jesus; committed to spreading the gospel and sharing his love in word and action.” We are part of the Southern Counties Baptist Association and a member of the Evangelical Alliance.

We have: 24 actual members, with an average congregation of 30-40, mostly elderly. We hold weekly prayer meetings, of which one each month focusses on mission. There are also home Bible study groups, and various ‘social’ activities, e.g., an art group, which are designed to, and do, attract non-church goers, so providing opportunities to share the gospel in an informal way. 

We are: looking for a Pastor who loves the Lord, to lead, teach, inspire and encourage us to grow in our faith, and continue with our efforts to reach our community with the gospel.
