Children, Youth & Families Pastor

Leominster Baptist Church is a welcoming evangelical church in the historic market town of Leominster, Herefordshire. We are a growing church family of all ages, committed to helping everyone, everywhere have an everyday relationship with Jesus.

Our vision shapes everything we do. We long to see people discover Jesus, grow as His disciples, serve others with their gifts, and be equipped to make disciples themselves. Alongside our Sunday gatherings, we invest in small groups, prayer, children's and youth ministry, community outreach, pastoral care, and mission both locally and globally.

Children, young people and families are a significant part of the life of our church. Through our Sunday ministries, weekday toddler group, Friday evening youth programmes, schools work and community engagement, we seek to provide places where children and young people can encounter the love of Christ, ask honest questions, build meaningful relationships and grow in faith.

We are an independent evangelical Baptist church and are affiliated with the Evangelical Alliance. Our ministry is rooted in the authority of Scripture and our Statement of Faith shapes our teaching, leadership and mission.

As a church, we value authentic relationships, faithful biblical teaching, prayer, servant-hearted leadership and a willingness to engage creatively with the community around us. We believe the local church is called to proclaim the gospel, make disciples and demonstrate God's love in practical ways.

We are excited to be recruiting a Children, Youth & Families Pastor who shares this vision and is passionate about helping the next generation know, follow and serve Jesus. We are looking for someone who will join us in building on existing ministries while developing new opportunities to reach children, young people and families with the good news of Christ.
