Director of communications and engagement

We are looking for a visionary director of communications and engagement to lead on the development and execution of an ambitious communications strategy, able to tell good stories and manage marketing and resource development to increase engagement and grow the Evangelical Alliance’s membership.

You will be:

• an influential leader, able to deliver on strategy and manage a talented team ensuring our communications and engagement activities are clear, creative and effective.
• an innovative strategic thinker, able to manage high quality communications across multiple channels and to diverse audiences
• people-focused, able to build strong relationships internally and externally, coaching and challenging constructively
• confident in developing thought leadership content
• skilled in leading on crisis communication planning and responses
• passionate about supporting the UK-wide evangelical church in making Jesus known
