Asst Pastor - Church and Sorting Out

LF Fountain of Grace is a Bible-based, Spirit filled Evangelical/Pentecostal vibrant and diverse community Church with a vision to build a community that joyfully live their Christian faith and are developing and being empowered to be the best versions of who God created them to be.  We are a member of the Evangelical Alliance.  The Church is an arm of LF Foundation located in Birmingham with branches in London, Manchester and Edinburgh Scotland, and also online branches in Atlanta and Houston, USA.  We are currently looking to recruit a Spirit filled, Bible believing minister of God as an Assistant Pastor with a love for God, heart for people, and a keen commitment to the things of God, to assist the Lead Pastor and Diaspora Overseer, to primarily coordinate the Youth Church and also Sorting Out, two major growth outreaches undertaken by the ministry.   The role would involve the day-to-day pastoral care of our youth church family, preaching, teaching, evangelism, follow-up, discipleship, counselling and assisting in conducting Church ceremonies.

Qualification

The ideal candidate must have a relevant first degree, certificate/diploma from the  School of the Supernatural, and/or a certificate/diploma from the ZOA Bible Institute or similar institutes/schools.

Experience

The candidate must have provable experience in evangelical/Pentecostal ministry, working the works of God.

Additional information

A candidate with professional or voluntary ministry experience will be preferred.  The successful applicant will also need to be able to provide own accommodation locally and/or be able to commute to/from ministry meetings at own arrangement.  The church has a minivan that could be used for ministry-related journeys when available.
