Good News is looking for a Director to fulfil a leadership position in our organisation – the registered charity Good News Fellowship UK.
The role is to provide leadership of the team, with oversight of Administration, Finance and Promotions, on a part-time basis. This is a voluntary position that would suit a committed Christian, based in the UK, with previous leadership experience in either a business or charity, who would like to serve the Lord in helping us to support churches and evangelists across the country with Good News and our other publications.
Responsibilities:
• Working with the Trustees to develop and implement opportunities for growing the Good News ministry
• To be in contact with team members who have key roles, to give support and encouragement in the work they do.
• To be actively involved in major changes to the operation of the fellowship, e.g. a change of mailing house suppliers or appointment of new positions.
• To be responsible, with the Trustees, for ensuring the constitution of Good News is followed and complies with the Charity Commission rules (including submitting an annual report to the CC).
• To be available for needs as they arise.
The Ministry Development Director would be responsible to Chair of the Trustees and report three times a year to the Trustees (twice by zoom and once travelling to meet in person). Whilst it is a voluntary role, approved out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed.
If you feel the Lord may be leading you in this direction, please contact Phill Bounds with your CV by 6 September 2026. Email: [email protected]
