OPAL TRUST's ministry is to serve churches and Christian leaders in the Majority World by equipping them with affordable Bibles and quality evangelical literature.
We are seeking a new Head of Ministry to bring vision and strategic direction to continue to lead forward this exciting and growing ministry.
Around 30% of Christians in the world do not have a Bible, and many are pastors and Church leaders who also lack theological books, so the needs are enormous.
If you're passionate about getting Bibles and Christian books to those who need them, and have leadership and cross-cultural experience we'd love to hear from you.
The role is full time, and involves a combination of work from the ministry's base in Scotland, work from home, and some overseas travel. The post is available because of the forthcoming retirement of our current Head of Ministry.
It is an occupational requirement that the candidate be a committed evangelical Christian who can fully support OPAL Trust’s statement of faith.
